Mr. David J. Vandegrift joins dbkAssociates, Inc.

David Vandegrift has more than 20 years of experience in materials and operations management, user education, and process improvement. David is now an implementation consultant for a Silicon Valley based ERP software company.
His greatest strength is the ability to focus on the needs of individual groups or functions and through analysis, design, and testing of business processes, find solutions that benefit the entire organization.
David's practical background includes nine years in ERP systems design, deployment and improvement, as well as user training for and implementation of a logistics system for a national field service operation. Ten years in various operations management positions, including supervision.
David writes and conducts in-house classes on all aspects of manufacturing and operations management, and was an Extended Education Instructor at California State University for six years.
