Amin Lenart Moghaddam combines more than 10 years experience in High-tech industries with cutting edge Business Process and Organization Development Methodologies. His diverse project management experience covers IS development in Telecommunication and Multimedia, Business Development in Telecommunication and IT, Organization Development with the US NAVY, and Knowledge Management with the Aircraft Industry. Beyond his industry involvement he has been teaching Information Management and Intelligent Business Applications at universities in Southern California.

Ed Marvin has been an independent management consultant since 1990. He has been responsible for the creation and development of successful high value consulting and outsourcing programs focused on capital equipment asset management. That program provided clients with measurable value amounting to multimillion dollar savings. He has also been responsible for a full range of activities focused on creating, managing, and delivering consulting services: developed methodologies and tools, defined and articulated the project value proposition, built the implementation team, marketed and sold the services, performed delivery of services and project management, developed performance measurements, and closely monitored customer satisfaction.
