dbkAssociates, Inc. signs affiliate contract with Boston University.

Mr. Dave Kinnear, founder and CEO of dbkAssociates, Inc. announced today that his firm has contracted with the Boston University Corporate Education Center to provide sales and marketing for BUCEC’s project management and management development corporate training programs. “We are delighted to be able to put our clients in touch with this excellent program,” said Mr. Kinnear, “We expect that many of our clients will wish to take advantage of the training provided by BUCEC.”
Ms. Mimi Thai-Chen will be administering the program for dbkAssociates. Ms. Thai-Chen presently provides Program Management Office expertise for a wide range of clients in Southern California. “I am excited about the additional tools that our affiliation with BUCEC will provide for our customers,” stated Ms. Thai-Chen, “Continuing education for management and new tools for project management are a must for clients wishing to grow their business and improve the profitability of their companies.”
The BUCEC project management curriculum includes courses and seminars that follow guidelines established by the Project Management Institute (PMI ®). PMI, the world’s leading non-profit, professional project management association, establishes standards for the practice of project management. Included in the project management programs are courses in Principles and Techniques of Project Management, Effective Project Scheduling, Estimating and Managing Project Costs, Assessing and Managing Risk, Project Quality Management, Preparing for the PMP ® Exam, and numerous others.
