Working in a Multicultural world.

My professional experience has afforded me the opportunity to work with people from many different cultures. I often remember and invoke the words of David Bumbaugh, paraphrased here for your consideration: May we be dedicated to the proposition that beneath all our differences, and behind all our diversity there is a unity that makes us one and binds us forever together in spite of time and death and the space between the stars. What does this mean to us and our leadership team? How do we actually build an environment that celebrates our diverse cultural backgrounds? How does it add value to the businesses we are building?
