Amin Lenart Moghaddam combines more than 10 years experience in High-tech industries with cutting edge Business Process and Organization Development Methodologies. His diverse project management experience covers IS development in Telecommunication and Multimedia, Business Development in Telecommunication and IT, Organization Development with the US NAVY, and Knowledge Management with the Aircraft Industry. Beyond his industry involvement he has been teaching Information Management and Intelligent Business Applications at universities in Southern California.

 Besides providing professional expertise in Knowledge Management, Expert Systems, Organization Development, and Business Development, Amin’s most unique contribution is his ability to transform companies into high-performance organizations – by combining the threads of business processes, people, organization, and information systems to a truly integrated Corporate System.

 Amin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Master of Science in Neuroscience and Computer Science, and a Master in Business Administration. He did research in Artificial Intelligence, and continues research and development in Systems Theory applied to Strategy, Organization, and IS Integration. He is a member of the American Association for Training and Development and coordinates their Special Interest Group Organization Development.
